Four sessions to learn how to take agency over your mental and physical health. By understanding and learning to regulate your nervous system you will be surprised at how it impacts your ability to cope with every day life and manage stress. You can do this in a group or one to one.

WHAT DOES THE COURSE INCLUDE?

SESSION 1:  The Search for Safety: Understanding what anxiety is and why it is important for us physically, emotionally and relationally. We also look at triggers and glimmers.

SESSION 2Reading the Map: Learning to map your nervous system so that you can work out how to stop anxiety taking hold.

SESSION 3. The Dance Begins: Exploring some personalised ways that work to regulate your nervous system and how and when to put them into practice.

SESSION 4: We are All in This Together: This session is slightly less structured but includes: Looking at how to live in a world with other people and an extended Q&A session.

Each session includes about 30 minutes of somatic exercise.

The cost of the course is £120 with an option to purchase up to three one to one coaching sessions afterwards at £60 per session.
